可以。首次使用前需要联网下载离线模型；下载完成后，语音转录与翻译均在设备本地运行。Yes. An internet connection is needed to download offline models before first use. After that, transcription and translation run locally.
我的语音和文本会被上传吗？Are my voice and text uploaded?
不会为了识别或翻译而上传。你的输入、转录与译文由设备上的模型处理。Not for recognition or translation. Your input, transcripts, and translations are processed by models on your device.
为什么 App 需要联网权限？Why does the app need network access?
用于首次下载和更新离线模型。模型文件较大，建议使用 Wi‑Fi。To download and update offline models. Model files are large, so Wi‑Fi is recommended.
