本隐私政策适用于由 上海修昔底德科技有限公司（以下简称“公司”或“我们”）开发和维护的 Momo 翻译 / Momo.tr 移动应用（“Momo”或“App”）以及本网站。

Momo 是一款本地优先的离线语音转文字和文本翻译工具。App 不要求你创建账户，我们不运营用于识别或翻译用户内容的服务器。

This Privacy Policy applies to the Momo Translation / Momo.tr mobile application (“Momo” or the “App”) and this website, developed and maintained by Shanghai Thucydides Technology Co., Ltd. (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Momo is a local-first, offline speech-to-text and text translation tool. The App does not require an account, and we do not operate servers that recognize or translate user content.

当你主动使用对应功能时，Momo 会在你的设备上处理以下内容：

• 麦克风音频：用于你请求的语音识别、实时转录和翻译。
• 输入文本、转录和译文：用于生成翻译结果，并按你的操作保存在本地历史记录中。
• 本地录音：在启用相关记录功能时保存，以便在设备上回放。
• 偏好与模型状态：包括界面语言、主题、所选模型、下载进度及离线模型文件。

Momo 目前不包含广告 SDK、行为分析 SDK或跨应用跟踪功能，也不会出售你的个人信息。

When you choose to use the relevant features, Momo processes the following content on your device:

• Microphone audio: used for speech recognition, live transcription, and translation you request.
• Typed text, transcripts, and translations: used to generate results and, based on your actions, stored in local history.
• Local recordings: stored when the related history feature is enabled so they can be played back on your device.
• Preferences and model state: including interface language, appearance, selected models, download progress, and offline model files.

Momo currently includes no advertising SDK, behavioral analytics SDK, or cross-app tracking, and we do not sell your personal information.

麦克风权限：Momo 仅在你使用语音功能时请求麦克风权限，用于在设备本地采集并处理语音。你可以随时在 iOS 或 Android 系统设置中撤销权限；撤销后，文本翻译仍可使用，但语音相关功能将无法工作。

网络访问：用于下载或更新离线模型并检查网络状态。模型准备完成后，核心转录与翻译无需联网。

Microphone: Momo requests microphone access only when you use voice features, so audio can be captured and processed locally. You can revoke access at any time in iOS or Android settings. Text translation will remain available, but voice features will stop working.

Network access: used to download or update offline models and check network status. Once models are ready, core transcription and translation do not require a connection.

离线模型下载

当你选择下载模型时，App 会直接向 ModelScope 请求模型文件。和任何网络下载一样，ModelScope 可能接收到完成请求所必需的技术信息，例如 IP 地址、请求时间、设备或网络提供的标准请求头。本公司不会把你的语音、输入文本、转录或译文包含在这些请求中。

ModelScope 对这些技术信息的处理受其隐私政策约束。模型及相关开源组件还受各自许可证约束。

应用商店与操作系统

你从 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 下载、购买或更新 App 时，平台可能依据其自身政策处理账户、付款、设备和诊断信息。这些处理由对应平台控制，不由本公司控制。

本网站

本网站托管于 GitHub Pages。网站仅在你的浏览器本地保存语言选择，不使用账户、Cookie、广告或分析脚本。GitHub 仍可能为了提供和保护托管服务而自动处理标准服务器日志信息；相关处理受 GitHub 隐私声明约束。

Offline model downloads

When you choose to download a model, the App requests the model file directly from ModelScope. Like any network download, ModelScope may receive technical information necessary to fulfill the request, such as your IP address, request time, and standard request headers supplied by your device or network. The Company does not include your voice, typed text, transcripts, or translations in these requests.

ModelScope’s handling of this technical information is governed by its Privacy Policy. Models and related open-source components are also subject to their respective licenses.

App stores and operating systems

When you download, purchase, or update the App through the Apple App Store or Google Play, those platforms may process account, payment, device, and diagnostic information under their own policies. This processing is controlled by the relevant platform, not the Company.

This website

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. The site stores only your language choice locally in your browser and uses no accounts, cookies, advertising, or analytics scripts. GitHub may still automatically process standard server log information to provide and protect its hosting service under the GitHub Privacy Statement.

App 内容保存在你的设备上，保存时间由你控制：

• 你可以在 App 内删除已下载的模型。
• 你可以通过 Android 系统设置清除 App 数据，或在 iOS / Android 上卸载 App，以移除翻译历史、录音、偏好、模型等私有目录中的本地数据。
• 你可以在系统设置中撤销麦克风权限。

由于我们不会收到你的本地语音、文本、转录或翻译，因此没有此类服务器端副本可供我们访问或代为删除。如需咨询本地数据删除方式，请通过本政策末尾的支持渠道联系我们。

App content remains on your device, and you control how long it is kept:

• You can delete downloaded models in the App.
• You can clear App data in Android system settings, or uninstall the App on iOS or Android, to remove translation history, recordings, preferences, models, and other local data from private storage.
• You can revoke microphone access in system settings.

Because we do not receive your local voice, text, transcripts, or translations, we have no server copy of that content to access or delete for you. If you need help deleting local data, contact us through the support channel at the end of this policy.

Momo 使用操作系统提供的 App 私有目录存储本地数据，并尽量减少不必要的数据访问。任何设备或软件都无法保证绝对安全；请使用设备密码、生物识别和最新系统版本保护你的设备。若设备被解锁、越狱、Root、共享或遭到恶意软件攻击，本地内容的安全性可能降低。

Momo stores local data in the App’s private directory provided by the operating system and is designed to minimize unnecessary data access. No device or software can guarantee absolute security. Use a device passcode, biometrics, and current system software to protect your device. Local content may be less secure on an unlocked, jailbroken, rooted, shared, or compromised device.

Momo 面向一般用户，并非专门面向儿童设计。我们不会通过 App 故意收集儿童的个人信息。如果监护人认为儿童通过支持渠道向我们提供了个人信息，请联系我们，我们将采取适当措施处理。

Momo is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the App. If a guardian believes a child has provided personal information through a support channel, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

我们可能因功能、第三方服务或法律要求变化而更新本政策。更新后的版本会发布在本页面，并修改顶部的生效日期。若变化会实质影响你的权利或数据处理方式，我们会在 App 内或通过其他适当方式提供醒目通知。

We may update this policy when features, third-party services, or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. If a change materially affects your rights or how data is handled, we will provide a prominent notice in the App or through another appropriate method.
